You may browse this site and use its enquiry forms for genuine business purposes. You may not use it to send unsolicited commercial messages, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others.

Specifications published here — dimensions, expansion ratios, pH, electrical conductivity, moisture, rope diameters, bale and block weights, and lorry and container loadings — describe our typical production and are given in good faith. Natural material varies. The binding specification for any order is the one stated in the written quotation and order confirmation for that order, together with the batch test report supplied with the shipment.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, availability and lead times are quoted individually and are valid for the period stated in the quotation.

Submitting a form creates no contract. A contract arises only when we issue a written order confirmation and you accept it. Sale of goods is governed by the terms recorded in that confirmation, which take precedence over anything on this website.

The text, photographs, layout and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent. You are welcome to quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

Where we link to another site — a map provider, a messaging service, an exhibition organiser — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
