Production & QC
Every batch is checked for moisture, EC and impurities before it is pressed and packed. Test reports travel with the shipment.
Documentation
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and bill of lading, prepared in-house.
Despatch & tracking
Stuffed, sealed and moved to port. You get container numbers and sailing details, then updates until it lands.

We stuff and strap every container ourselves at the Dharmapuri facility, then hand it to freight forwarders and shipping lines we have worked with over repeated sailings out of Chennai and Tuticorin. Whichever carrier moves your container, you get the container number and sailing schedule the day it leaves, then updates through to landing.
We handle the paperwork; they handle the sea leg
Freight forwarding, customs clearance and the ocean or road leg itself are handled by partner CHAs, freight forwarders and shipping lines operating out of Chennai and Tuticorin — not run in-house. What we control directly is everything up to the container door: batch testing, packing, stuffing and the export documentation that travels with it.
If your business already has a preferred forwarder or a nominated CHA at either port, tell us at the quotation stage and we will work with them directly.
