Privacy Policy

We collect what you type into our enquiry forms, we email it to ourselves so we can reply, and we keep it as a business record. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and this site sets no tracking cookies.

Information you give us. Through the contact, quote and subscribe forms: your name, email address, phone number, company, country, the product and volume you are enquiring about, and anything you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. We use the IP address to rate-limit form submissions so the forms cannot be flooded. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, fulfil an order, and keep the records that trade and tax rules require us to keep. If you subscribe, we also use your email address to send occasional updates — every one of which has an unsubscribe route.

Form submissions are sent through Google (Gmail), our email provider, and arrive in our business mailbox. The site is hosted on infrastructure that necessarily processes requests to it. Beyond these providers and anyone strictly needed to fulfil your order — such as a freight forwarder for a shipment you have placed — we do not share your information. We never sell it.

Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to two years, which is roughly how long a buyer takes to come back. Records relating to an actual order are kept for as long as tax and export regulations require. Subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Write to bhuvaneshwaricoir@gmail.com and we will act within thirty days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights — the UK or EU, for instance — those rights apply and we will honour them.

We are based in India and our providers may process data outside your country. If you send us an enquiry from elsewhere, you are asking us to receive it here.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If we ever add analytics, this page will be updated before it goes live, and you will be asked first where the law requires it.
