What happens next
  1. Enquiry & samplingTell us grade, volume and destination. Samples ship within a week so you can test before committing to a container.
  2. Quotation & termsA written quote on your preferred incoterm, with packing specification and lead time stated up front.
  3. Production & QCEvery batch is checked for moisture, EC and impurities before it is pressed and packed. Test reports travel with the shipment.
  4. DocumentationInvoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and bill of lading, prepared in-house.
  5. Despatch & trackingStuffed, sealed and moved to port. You get container numbers and sailing details, then updates until it lands.

Minimum order

It depends on the product. A container carries about 16–18 tons of coir fibre bales or twisted coir rope, and a lorry about 19–20 tons of either, or up to 9 tons of coir yarn. Tell us the volume you need and we will confirm the minimum for that product. Samples carry no minimum.
